Balanza is Spanish for balance. At Camp Balanza helping you achieve balance in your personal life is behind everything we do. When you leave Camp Balanza you will be armed with the tools and experience you need to maintain a balanced nutrition and fitness program.

Small is Good!
We believe that achieving your weight loss and personal goals can only be achieved in a small, caring, nurturing environment. Camp Balanza only accepts 50 young ladies at a time. This ensures that you will receive personalized coaching, counseling and support. Our staff to camper ration is 1:2!

For Young Ladies Only
Finally, we believe that the best results can be achieved in a single sex environment. Camp Balanza only accepts young ladies between the ages of 12 and 17. This environment ensures maximum personal comfort where our campers are free to express and be themselves. It also fosters self-esteem and minimizes distractions in achieving your goals.
