Located directly on Juara Beach in Tioman, Malaysia, Little Planet offers campers an opportunity to explore, learn and play together in a tropical paradise. Nestled between the Tioman Wildlife reserve and National Marine Park, Little Planeteers kayak, trek, sail and snorkel amidst an incredibly diverse, protected ecosystem.
Home to the Tioman Turtle Hatchery, campers participate on various levels supporting this incredible conservation project. Travelling by boat and by foot we explore beaches around the island for Turtle activity and help gather crucial data on the status of the local Turtle population.
All of this exploration and adventure is complimented with a wide range of creative programming such as arts and crafts, drama, music, media, yoga and so much more.
Our staff all carry camp close to heart and understand what makes camp such an amazing experience for so many of us. Little Planet Summer Camps are fundamentally modeled after traditional North American Summer Camps where the majority of us spent so many incredible summers. Values of respect, cooperation and understanding are held high and constitute the basis of all of our programming.
Due to our incredibly diverse yet vulnerable environment, conservation and environmental awareness play a major part in camp life. We strive to impart a sincere appreciation for the natural world and promote sustainble, harmonius living as much as possible.
While developing skills and knowledge, at Little Planet we never forget to keep having fun. By maintaining camper focus and staying active, our incredible staff team manage to keep everyone smiling while staying busy.
