Description:

 Nike, SPARQ and Velocity Sports Performance are joining forces for the 2008 Nike Summer Performance Series.  A truly unique camp offering, the Summer Performance Series features:

• Professional performance coaches who regularly train professional athletes.
• Low athlete to coach ratio to ensure your athlete receives individualized instruction, not simply babysitting.
• Use of state of the art SPARQ training equipment now featured in Nike’s “My Better” campaign.
• Nike gear for every athlete and giveaways from many local sports-related businesses.

The Summer Performance Series will also feature Guest Skills Coaching by current and former professional athletes and highly regarded college coaches.  Previous camps featured athletes from the NFL and MLB.

Because of the high caliber of coaching provided, this camp is for athletes who serious about improving their game.  (All skill levels are welcome as long as there is an interest in receiving high caliber coaching and pursuing improvement.)

The Nike Summer Performance Series combines Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness (SPARQ) training with sports specific skills. Velocity was selected by Nike to provide the Summer Performance Series because of our uniquely successful version of SPARQ training, our highly qualified coaches and our state of the art training center.

Football Mini Camps

For football players age 10-14.  NFL players, college coaches, high school coaches and Velocity performance coaches all join together to provide SPARQ training and position specific football skills in a low athlete to coach ratio you won’t find anywhere else!

Soccer Camp

Soccer players age 9 – 14 yrs old are invited to join resident Velocity soccer superstar, Lindsay Browne, local coaches and Velocity performance coaches to improve your foot speed, brush up on your ball skills and take your game to the next level.

Baseball Camp

Baseball players age 10 – 14 yrs old are invited to join local baseball coaches, former pros and Velocity performance coaches to improve your base running skills, brush up on defense and increase your power at the plate.
